Laddboxbolaget is looking for an Installation Coordinator – a key role in a future-oriented industry

We are looking for a structured and committed Installation Coordinator who thrives in a role where customer contact, problem-solving, and coordination are in focus.

About the role

As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring that our products are installed smoothly and efficiently. You will act as a link between customers, installers, and internal teams and are often the first point of contact for questions regarding installations. The role includes elements of customer service, where you handle incoming cases, solve problems, and ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.

Your most important tools in your daily work will be your computer and phone, where you will work in our CRM system, manage cases, and have daily contact with customers and installers.

Your responsibilities

- Coordinate installations

- Be part of Laddboxbolaget's logistics flow

- Handle invoices and ensure correct administration

- Work towards set KPIs and contribute to continuous improvements

- Communicate with customers and installers to solve any challenges

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service and quick problem-solving

- Participate in both existing and new projects and contribute to developing our processes and working methods

We believe you are a person who:

✔ Has experience working in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot

✔ Is organized, self-driven, and enjoys working in a structured manner

✔ Is motivated by working towards clear goals and KPIs

✔ Has a humble attitude – we achieve our goals together

✔ Is pedagogical, communicative, and has good negotiation skills

✔ Enjoys customer contact and has a service-oriented approach

✔ Has a technical interest or understanding of technology

✔ Has good knowledge of Excel and can analyze data in a structured way

✔ Is fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

✔ Is curious, engaged, and has a strong desire to develop
